Sea King Electric Trolling Motor Old

I just obtained a Wards Sea King Electric Trolling Motor. Is very old and has both blades broken off the prop. The old white plastic type. It mounts on a 3/8" shaft and was held in place with a cotter pin probably not original.
Does anyone have any information where I can obtain a replacement? Or how I can modify another prop to fit?
