It also doesn't help having those long bolts and nuts hanging down into the water. Why do people almost always install hydro-foils incorrectly? The rounded head goes under the anti-ventilaton plate and the bolt and nut goes on top where (hopefully) it is out of the water. If you should decide to put it back, do it correctly. Otherwise it offends my aesthetic sensibilities. Thanks.

Good advice but ::
where did this come from? Its over 5 years old.

EDIT - Because a newbie posted an off-topic comment, which was deleted. It's not Franks fault. I'm doing an edit so it sinks back to the depths and not show as new post in a dead topic. GA_B, Mod

Sorry for digging up an old thread?

I am looking at buying a 94 model BueWave 165 tunnel. With a 1998 Yamaha 90. 2 stroke.
What was the findings and end result of this issue.
Thanks

The original poster hasn't been around in 8 years, and he didn't reveal the outcome, so who knows what the result was.

Best bet is to start your own thread.
