Can you guys give me an recommendations on size and pitch for a prop? It's a fiberglass tri-hull, front stick steer. I know it has a 13 spline and it had a 13x17 prop that seemed to work pretty good. I tore up the prop something fierce last weekend and now need to replace it. Was this a good setup for this boat?

Without Max rpm and speed its difficult to know where you are at.Its criticle, to the motors health that it operate within its proper rpm range. You might see if a prop shop can repair it.Then get the figures for us and we can fine tune it.

Any cheap way to find out the max RPM's without buying and installing a guage? As the boat is a stick steer, it has no guage cluster. I can find max speed from a hand held GPS, I assume, but I wouldn't even begin to know how to get the rpm's.
