I have a 1991, 120 HP Force outboard, looking for a prop replacement. I cant read the info on the current prop, its too worn due to age. Anyone know what type of replacement prop I would be looking for, pitch and diameter?
Take current prop to a prop shop and have it measured, go for a wot spin as usually loaded and check max achieved wot rpm, check OB rpm factory range. Ideal is to be at least middle to max wot rpm range. Can maximize a prop from there to pull wot revs higher if in need for OB to run towards max wot range. A tach is a must have installed..
