Prop Problem ?

I have a Yamaha 60 HP 4-stroke. Recently I have noticed when running at faster than idle speed that the boat feels like its misfiring. However the only happens when the motor is trimmed up. As soon as I trim is all the way down the sound and feeling goes away. Could this be something with the prop?

That's not the way to go boating ? With deck weight evenly distributed, trim slight up, go full throttle, once on plane set trim at neutral for combo to ride parallel to water level,
