Glad you got it sorted! Sounds like a much better ride now.

Just for future referencing, this is a good example of how over-propping can be a problem and why it needs to be addressed early. Not only is the engine lugging and at risk of overheating internally, there is a lot more stress on the hub and it can fail much sooner.

If max wot rpm falls into the 4400 rpm lugging zone while skiing with full family on board, a 19 pitch will do the trick pulling lost revs back up, but I/B will overrev, so keep an eye on tach and throttle less when boating solo and lightly loaded..
