1985 bayliner , 150 force prop question

Whats up guys, i have a 1985 Bayliner Cuddy with a 150 force , with a aluminum quicksilver 13.25 by19 pitch prop my rpms are 5900 rpms too high , im looking at a mercury laser 2 13.25 by 22 p stainless prop , im trying to be between 5100 rpms and 5500 rpms wot, with a 22p stainless can i acheive that ?
