Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and would like to know if anyone knows what props I should be using.
I have a 1995 280 Larson Cabrio with a 7.4 GL and DP-D1 Stern drive. I am not sure what props I had on but believe they were D5's which didn't seem right as the guy I bought the boat from had them rigged up on the shaft kind of weird and of course they fell off yesterday while driving. Anyway it was slow getting out of the hole but top end was about 28mph at 3800 WOT.
I know I should have B series props but can anyone tell me what # I should be using? I am thinking about B4's
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
