Sounds like you have the right prop. What am I missing?

boat will not elevate at all when trimmed up.....could prop need cupped? By the way does anyone know the recommended maximum rpm level for a Honda 90?

What do you mean by "elevate"?

usually when boat is trimmed up during operation, front will rise out of the water, rpms will increase and speed will also increase.

A pontoon will not react to trim like a boat with a planning hull. It is a displacement type of craft and unless you have lifting strakes will not just skim across the water like other boats. I am not sure what your wot rpm's are supposed to be, but it sounds like you have the right prop.

Completely agree! The front end of that pontoon wont lift unless you have copious amount of weight in the back :)

Cupping your prop will do nothing but drop your rpms and perhaps increase prop efficiency a tad. It certainly won't lift the front end even a fraction of a centimeter.

What you need to determine is the max rpm for that motor and adjust your prop accordingly.

At most and its yet to be talked about you may need to drop the motor a bit, but others things need to be sorted out first.
