pontoon furniture

I have purchased pontoon furniture for my rebuild. The manufacturer gives me direction on how to put the furniture together but doesn't give directions on how to install the plastic base to the wooden deck. Do I use stainless screws and washers? Any assistance will be appreciated.

Stainless would be the way to go. I don't know how your furniture is configured, but look for a wooden "cleat" on the inside of your furniture. It will "maybe" be like a 3/4"x 3/4" strip of wood. Should be pre-drilled. There are many ways to do it. I hope this gets you on the trail.

I removed one of my couches and the manufacturer had it bolted down with stainless steel screws. There were also rubber 'feet' inbetween the deck and furniture.

I added all new stuff to mine last winter and used SS screws and fender washers.
