It looks to me like the bottom of that mount is going to be catching a LOT of water when under way! I mention that as under the right conditions it's going to take a terrible beating, potentially enough to cause a failure? Hate to see somebody loose a nice kicker. Suggest you proceed carefully.

Maybe you could sheet the sides and bottom to deflect some of that water? Dunno. Just a thought.

I am. I needed to get the bolts up in there first. Plus it snowed before I could get that done. Good catch!!!

Did you get a chance to use the kicker yet? How did it all work?

The mount works fine. It was a bear getting it mounted up underneath there but it's on. Running the controls was tricky because They were longer than I need so they bound up a lot when I turn the motor but I got it all figured out. I'll post pics later when I have more time.

Problem I'm having now is fuel delivery. It'll run for about 5 seconds then die. Try again and nothing. Hit the primer again and same thing, 5 seconds then dead. I'm going to post this in another area so look for it there.
