No such thing as a silly question but we do not recommend 303? Aerospace Protectant be used on your skin. Also, 303? Aerospace Protectant is not meant to be used on any fabric surface. It was made specifically for rubber, plastic, or vinyl surfaces. If you are looking to treat fabrics, you would want to use 303? Fabric Guard.

Have a great day!

By fabrics I mean tubes's fabric, usually PVC, Polyurethane or Hypalon. So 303 will work spot on on such fabrics, right ?

Some of those materials can be woven and may look like fabrics but they wouldn't necessarily be classified as such. For those surfaces you mentioned you would want to use 303? Aerospace Protectant. So in short, you are absolutely correct about which product to use on PVC, Polyurethane or Hypalon.

Silk, wool, cotton, etc, would be the surfaces we refer to as fabrics. On those surfaces you would want to use 303? Fabric Guard.

Have a great day!
