What do you guys know about this ? Thinking it might just be warped from storage with the handle or something as it seems to extend past the seam.

Is the sib fully inflated for fabric to stretch out ? while sib doesn't lose air not a tech issue, just a aesthetic issue...

yes it is all inflated, it doesn't leak .. the more i look at it, i think its' fine. The floorboards though, from the model and year on the old brochere that i found online shows every model having aluminum along the sides of the floorboards, and then the stringer too, on the brochere it shows wood but on one model but you can't exactly see..what about these floor boards, the stringer just kind of goes in nice but wondering if you think boards are missing something ? floor.jpg floor.jpg floor.jpg

On newer models you have alum insertions at each floorboard side for alum side joiners to fit on them, old versions doesn't. BTW how many side joiners do you have per side 2 large ones, 4 shorter ones ? The pics corresponds to bow or aft area ?

@sea Rider - there is two long side joiners, so just one per side. that is the aft area. Thanks for your input.
