I have probably spent more time thinking of what I can do to this boat rather than fish in it, and I've had it since last March. Oh well, that's half the fun in it. Hope you like it.

You have done a good job. How long is your setup time?

I'll let you know Friday. Haven't had the whole setup out yet. I don't figure it should take all that long since everything except the wheels go in my trunk and I just have to wheel it to the water flip up the wheels and put the rod holders on.

i also noticed your wheels face inward toward each other. I tried that and maneuvering on land was not as comfortable as wheels facing out. Also was to close to my outboard. Have you seen any issues yet?

Here are some better pics. Take another look weimed my wheels do face out. It is a scotty glue on pad. My first attempt with the glue that came with the boat failed, so I ordered some stabond. Should be here shortly. I screwed the light to a piece of plywood then I screw that to the pad when I need to. Just have to make sure you have thick enough wood so the bolts don't go to far through the pad. The seats I made from 3/4 plywood with foam on top then used outdoor carpet to cover and stapled underneath. Secured it with carriage bolts and wing nuts. Have to put the crarriage bolts through the wood first, then cover with foam and carpet so all you have to do is put seat through holes in trunk and tighten from underneath with wingnuts. Also, you can see how I use L brackets to hang my battery. Hope this helps.

that setup looks amazing. I was planning on making the inside of that toolbox into a livewell. Connect an air stone, and run it inside. http://www.amazon.com/Marine-Metal-...=UTF8&qid=1405629116&sr=8-4&keywords=livewell

you could do that, or use a cooler. It would be better insulated. Are you tournament fishing? If not I would just do what I do and keep some bottles of ice inside to keep the fish cool because a tool box or cooler filled with water is going to be heavy.
