Hi,

Would like to ask at what age the glue of a PVC sib is at its end of life, often.
I'm looking after a Zodiac futura mk2 4.20m.

I live in the Netherlands, Europe. So not many days of sun or heat in a year.
Have repaired an entire bottom and transom once at my cadet, so I know it's doable. But just to get a good understanding of their value in relation to age.

Thanks!

It's realtive, will depend entirely on the glue quality used when inflatable was asssembled at factory. European glues lasts 3:1 or even 4:1 compared to mediocre quality asian glues. For glued parts longevity inflatable needs to work at their specified factory air pressure and don't leave an inflatable llying under covered if must live outdoors.

Happy Boating
