Hi,
I just recently bought this boat, but I'm not sure what else I need for using it in California. Do I need to register it anywhere or get a license? I'm gonna use only oars, nothing else.

No, if you're only rowing is the same as a kayak. However, if you've never rowed a soft inflatable, you'll be looking for a motor very soon

Haha, I'm sure I will be looking for a motor. But you always have to start with something simple, right?
