Dolly for Mariner 4

I found the below picture of a small boat dolly. The plans are being sold on ebay. The picture alone tells me how to put it together. I'm not buying any plans. But my question would be, what size PVC do you think is being used? 1.25", 1.5" or 2"?

I would use 2" schedule 40.

Oh no.... It's a harbor freight trailer that extended the tongue and used decking boards as bunks
