The 8th annual Glen-L Gathering of homebuilt boats is this Sept 19-21, 2014 at Lake Nickajack, TN. Hales Bar Marina/Resort. We are mostly wooden home-built boats from kayaks to cruisers but we welcome any boat in which the owner has built or done a major restoration themselves. DIY boating at its best. Not a stuffy wood boat show, just regular people sharing boat rides in beautiful hand-crafted boats, sharing food and beer.
