I live in Tampa area and Looking for something different I was thinking about trailering boat down to fort Meyers and staying at resort with dock but unsure if there are any ramps besides salty Sams. I was in the area (sans boat) over weekend and talked to the guys at marina/restaurant and they get $22 to launch and $22 to retrieve. Maybe I am weird but it rubbed me wrong way to spend 50 bucks to just drop it in the water. Any locals know of any other options?
