Hi guys! I need some help / advice. I have a 1988 12ft Starcraft Aluminum boat with a 6HP outboard. I'm looking for a way to mount and fly old glory on my little boat. Everything I've found seems to be for a flush mount or railing mount but I don't have anywhere to do that, just a wooden transom in the back. If anyone can point me in a general direction that would great!

I don't think there is really something made for boats like yours. You will have to do some custom work to get it to fit.

No Title

Mount on top of motor? Or, do you have lights on the boat?

Mine is a Starcraft 14 footer. Most tinnies have an aluminum bow form, plus transom forms with handles.

My flag is attacghed to a simple flagpole socket, screwed into the transom form with self tapping screws.

hey, might consider a stern light if you don't have one -- double service as a flagstaff.
