Bryant Calandra Ski Pole

The ski pole (what you attach the rope to for skiing) on the Calandra is removable. When you put it into the hole on the deck, you push down and twist it to lock it in. Last time I removed it, the spring and cylinder that goes around the spring were separate from the pole and I believe a screw or nut is missing (probably went down the hole at the bottom of the opening). Any thoughts what I need?

The Calandra is waaaay to new of a model for anyone here to own. Plus, there are very few if any Bryant owners that stop here regularly.
