looking wide for boarding ladder

The ladder on my transom only has one step. Makes it rather difficult to get back in after skiing. It's hard for me, and I'm tall and limber.

I would like a three or four step collapsing ladder. The problem is most new ladders have ten inch on center screw holes. Where as mine is 12.5".

I want to avoid having to patch and drill new holes.

Any ideas on where to look for a wider ladder to meet my needs?

Ladder hands vertically off back of transom.

Been meaning to look at getting a wider ladder so thanks for reminding me. :)

I don't know if it is overall or centers or if the mounting would be right but here's some links right here at iboats.

Garelick lists the 4 step at 12"

And Jif lists a 12 or one at 15.75.
