Any convenient tie-off point near the front of the boat should be fine. Just pick something strong enough that it can take at least 4X anchor weight.
The strongest is the ring for tieing the boat to the trailer but that's usually inconvenient to get hold of the rope from inside the boat.
Little to no wind and smooth water you can tie the anchor anywhere you want. As mentioned, the issue with picking the wrong way is swamping the boat.
