I'm looking at purchasing this boat. Its a 2000 w/ 50 Johnson; hull is close to pristine. My big strike against it - it appears to lack the ability to rig a bow/bracket mounted trolling motor. There doesn't appear to be a way to run power to the bow either. Anyone have any success with doing so? I'd love to hear how, maybe see some pics, etc. Love this boat. It's almost everything I need.

I'm thinking this boat is a "rolled edge" self bailing model?

Does it have wiring for the bow light?

If so, sometimes that tunnel can be used for battery wires.

DJ, not sure what you mean by rolled edge. Here's some pics of the boat for your judgement:
http://www.ahweb.net/gallery/twinvee

If I'm not mistaken the bow light is run to the consoles side. I don't see anyway around the bow hump. Maybe a manual bow mount motor could be rigged on the side. An extended deck on that boat would be perfect to me.
