Usually the bilge and live well pumps are in the rear of the hull and most likely in with the fuel tank area. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear, but you could need to remove the tank to get to the pumps... Not fun at all... At least that is where all those pumps were on my bass type boat along with the tilt and trim pump as well... JMHO!
