2005 tracker pt 175

looking at this tracker. I've talked to the guy and he says it's been well taken care of. Going to see it tomorrow. By looking at pics it looks to be in very good condition top side but may have been sitting in the water for a while causing some stain. If everything else checks out, good deal?

Good looking boat, seems about in the range that I see around my area for that boat, make sure and check the normal things, like transom, floors, look for any hidden damage or decay, but again, it is a good looking boat from the pictures he has posted.
