Looking for a cover and an enclosure for our boat. Would prefer the red/wine color to match, but will consider other colors. (Edit; see rule #8) Also, does anyone know if this model has the automatic bildge pump system? Also do you have to fill the live well yourself with lake water and then it works, or is it suppose to pull water into the boat from the lake automatically when it is switched on?

Welcome to iboats! This is a great forum with very experienced members.

+1 on Bondo's custom cover comment. You may want to ask your local Hurricane dealer for a upholsterer recommendation.

All Hurricane boats have a bilge pump and it should come on automatically. There should also be a switch on your helm that operates the pump manually. The question is whether yours is working or not. Open up the floor access door back by the motor where your battery compartment is and switch on the pump from the helm. You should hear the pump running through that access opening. If you hear it running, then shut it off and pour on a bucket or two of water though that access (carefully not to douse anything but the bottom of the boat), see if the pump automatically comes on and watch for where the water exits the boat. If it doesn't automatically pump, you may have a bad float switch. If the pump doesn't run in either mode, then you may have either a bad connection to the pump or a bad pump. Bilge pumps are usually connected directly to the battery.

You might also consider looking at/joining the Hurricane Boat Owners Forum as it's specific to your brand boat:
