I looked at a boat yesterday. It was a 96 princecraft tiller. It has been stored in a garage for some time now. Any concerns if the motor if it was fogged when he put it away?

Depending on how long it has sat it might need a few maintenance items.

A new impeller is good insurance to prevent an overheated motor.

The carbs may need to be cleaned / rebuilt.

Lower unit fluid should be checked and maybe replaced.

Fuel lines may need to be replaced.

Fogging is good but it is always best to verify the motor runs before purchasing.

If it can't be run check compression and make sure there is spark to all the cylinders.
