boat slips in new jersey

looking at boat slip at Monmouth cove marina in port Monmouth new jersey
for the 2015 season.does anyone have any opinions on this marina.

I think I heard there was major dredging afer 'Sandy' there, so I guess the water depth should be ok (Sandy pretty much filled it in). I guess it's fine if you want a slip that dumps right into the bay with nothing near by to putter around & explore. (I grew up on the Navesink & Shrewsbury rivers, & Sandy Hook Bay.)

Yes, they were dredging even up to October of this year. Late in the season I was zipping around all the sandbar/islands in the Shrewsbury during high tide in the jetski and ran over one of the semi-submerged pipes that was not marked. Good thing I was not doing this with my boat, no telling what damage I would have done to the lower unit!
