Insurance: Is this company okay?

I am a long time USAA customer and they referred me to Progressive. The 1 claim I had was settled with no fuss (submerged object took out my lower unit).

Having my homeowner's policy cover my restored, 25hp Sportcraft with a 6 gallon sealed plastic tank for 1 million dollars, is a "fool's errand" I'm willing to embark on.

if its 'worth' a few grand and any environmental impact should it sink that might work. Moored boats or newer or bigger need real marine coverage.
