fuel pickup

Just reworked the whole fuel system on my 98 scout (16' sportfisher) i'm not picking up fuel when pumping the primer bulb. Checked vent. Cant fins tge pickup acces. Found sending unit. Where do I find the pickup. On this rig?

Is it possible the primmer bulb is bad? Have you tried blowing low pressure air back through the fuel line into the tank?

So far as the pickup it should be where the fuel line enters the tank. Many times you can get at it from the sender, or at least see it.

Follow the fuel line to the tank and see where it enters. You can then take the sender out and look at the pickup where it enters. It could be a bad pickup, fuel line or bulb.
