how do you separate the motor from the pump on a bennett trim tab

I Can't seem the get the pump to detach from the motor in order to repair the motor . Any suggestions?

IIRC I THINK you remove the reservoir from the bottom and then the bolts for the motor are inside under the pump.

Been a few years since I looked at one tho.

The pump body is epoxied and pinned to the motor and is not designed to be removed and replaced. How old is the system

thanks for the reply , not sure how old the system is, the pump shows no sign of age or wear , the boat is a 79 Carver but the pump was replaced at some point in the last few years but while in dry dock over three years, rain and snow ended up submerging the pump and it is seized. Just wanted to clean up the motor insides.
