Regal 1900 ski locker won't drain

I just purchased a Regal 1900ES and when I finished washing it today after an afternoon on the water the ski locker will not drain. It has a drain built into it but holds water. Any other Regal owners having or had this issue? Ill post a picture with the depth finder transducer access panel open.

You have something inside the hull blocking the drain. Have you tried to "snake" the drain with a piece of weed eater line. You could try a hanger or plastice tubing too.......just be gentle. You have leaves, sea weed, dirt, sand, or possible tiny space aliens blocking the water's path

I havent tried snaking it yet, mainly bc I havent had anything in the boat to block the drain. I only had it 3 days at that point. I'll post what I figure out
