Too Much Pull to Right?

I was wondering if you have power trim on your boat? My OB boat pulls right like mad until I trim the motor up then it steers with 2 fingers once trimmed up.

Yes on the power trim- fine trimming does help a small amount but doesn't reduce pull enough-
