How to change bilge pump on 2007 Tahoe 222 deckboat

I have located the bilge pump but cannot get to it. Does anyone know how to change it out? It is directly under the motor and all I can do is look at it.

Leave it there,or try to rip it out with something,usually the top snaps out of the lower base. Then fabricate an aluminum bracket to attach new one to and slide it in place. Attach to the stringer on one side or the other. Done. I like to use aluminum flat bar stock bent to a shape that fits the hull.

When ya put in the new pump, use grub's idea of the aluminum strappin' 'n screw it to a stringer,...
