Help with snaps on cover and hull.

Many of my snaps have either loosened up on the hull or ripped thru the cover. How do I go about anchoring the loose ones in so I don't lose anymore? Would I epoxy them back into place or try to use a fiberglass filler? Also, where would be the best place to look for replacement snaps? I'm sure the average snap would rust away in a season or 2. Thanks for the help.

Also look here on iboats they have replacment snaps. If you want you could use 3-M 4200 under the snaps before you screw them in.
