Installing a Todd captains chair, what to use to seal the holes

I have a very nice Todd captains chair I'm installing on my 87 Celebrity. I have all the mounting hardware. I drilled all the holes and need something to seal the holes so it does not rot out the floor. Should I use just regular marine silicone, epoxy, etc.?

I'd suggest 3M 5200.

I would use 4200 in case you ever want to remove it.

Sikaflex 291. Or 3M 5200. Or about a hundred other marine sealants, they're all basically the same.
