I am having a problem with my power tilt. Just clicks both up & down. Electric goes to motor, but it does not respond. How do I remove the piston from the top? I took out the other bolts on the lower end of the unit. If someone knows how to remove this step by step # on tilt unit 37-43530. Outboard serial # oc163458
