Tahoe Q5i Bilge Pump Removal

Hi there,

I need to figure out what is wrong with my bilge pump but I can't get the freaking thing out. Its a Johnson 500GHP and I've read how to take it apart but when it was installed in the boat they stuck it in such a tight spot I don't know what to do. I'd love to hear from some of you other Tahoe owners on how you got it out.

Welcome to iboats. Start by checking the wiring and finding the inline fuse if it has one that is. You may end up having to bust the thing to get it removed which is no big deal if you find it's bad and needs replaced.
