jabsco electric toilet wont pump water

good day! I have a 95 250 sundancer with the 370001 jabsco toilet that will not pump water. One of my "friends" guests' put cottonelle down the head w/o my knowledge. I have replaced the impeller that was destroyed and check the motor but still no suction from down under. Help please!

Air leak on the inlet pipe somewhere.
I know you said you checked the motor but did you see if it was pumping water not just running?

I'd start by taking the top of the pump off and making sure that the rubber flap valve is seating properly (and that the metal weight is attached). If it isn't sealing due to a bit a grit or limescale then that is enough to stop it drawing up water.
