Cleaning plastic chairs

I have two of those molded plastic pilot chairs on pedestals that I need to clean, they have green mildew in them but also a dark film imbedded into the seat bottoms. normally I'd hit them with Vim with bleach and be done with it but Vim isn't sold here in Florida so I'm stuck!

Clorox Cleanup is my go-to dirt and grime cleaner.

Magic Erasers work really well. I just used a Starbrite textured deck cleaner on my boats deck last fall & that worked pretty well too.

I've found the Shurhold line of products work great.

Their serious marine cleaner or mold away products would each work great for you.
