Anchor Roller system of a 1999 Four Winns Vista 258

Can anyone tell me where i can find a anchor roller system for my 258 vista. Four winns had a stock one back then but it has been discontinued. Trying to get any info from four wins directly is useless, apparently they are only interested in selling new boats. I would never even consider buying another one.
Enough of my rant I have enclosed a picture if anyone has any idea where i can get one i would appreciate it. Thanks.

Blow up the bow photo to at least 8x10. Take it and boat to about any metal working shop and have one made.

Something here might fit. Likely some fabrication and much measuring.
