I've been working on my boats engine like crazy. I go over the gunnels instead of the swim platform cause the outdrive bottoms out. Since I have grease and oil residue on my hands their is some residue on the vinyl. I know certain cleaners will degrade or damage the vinyl. How can I get the residue off?
2nd problem:
Last year I cleaned all the teak on my boat. Put brand new teak oil on the teak well this year I noticed their is staining around the teak on the fiber glass. It's a clear staining but is discolored slightly. I tried a lot of solutions and chemicals to get it off. Including Bleech. It was their when I got the boat but was barely noticible. Idk if the previously owner put a varnish or something on it? What can I do to get it off???
