Price estimate for a Chap 216 2011?

What is a good price for a '11 chap 216 with only 34 hours and a 5.0 merc? Just looking for another opinion other than what nada says.

A "good" price with dual axle trailer would be $30K. Anything under $35K with the 5.0L or better yet, a 5.7L would be acceptable.
