I've been looking for a fishing boat for Lake Erie. Finally found a 2000 Starcraft Fishmaster 19 6 that has been in saltwater. And there are some rust spots on the transom. I don't have much experiance with this kind of thing. Could It be fixed easily or not? Should this be a deal breaker? There's also a rivet loose on the hull.

Its salt water not battery acid, all a rust spot means is that a plain steel bolt was used instead of stainless. If you dont like it replace it with stainless, polish out the rust stain. Loose rivets are easy to fix, BFH and a dolly.
