I have pretty much no knowledge of boats, Im selling a property to a guy who wants me to accept a boat as part of the trade. I just have no idea of boat values so I came here!

Its a 2000 18ft Kenner with a 90 HP Johnson engine all of the accesories ar elisted in the posting

Nope that is NOT worth $8500 .........maybe about half that. Go ahead and spec it out on NADA.

$4000 if solid and good compression in the spring. A little less now.
