Hey all. As most of you know I'm taking care of 1 issue at a time trying to get my new boat to better condition....

Issue for today is my toilet is a pump flush - I have tried both selectors (dry and wet) and don't get pressure either way...

What are possible causes and fixes?

Thanks'

Get a seal kit, not expensive and pretty easy job to replace them. (maybe a little smelly).

Yes it is all in bathroom. The seal kit is not boat specific, depends on the brand and model of your loo, mine is a jabsco and I actually got my seal kit from an RV dealer and it came with full install instructions.

Ok. I guess I'll have to get that Thursday/Friday. Thanks!

How long does it take to do the kit?

Head repairs are usually very quick and easy, albeit dirty. Bring rubber gloves and rags!

1. You've made sure that the seacock is open, but it won't draw in any water when you pump it, right?
2. You've poured water into the bowl, and it won't pump out, right?

You said your boat's a 2005- that isn't the right kit. Go here:

Xylem Flow Control - Let's Solve Water.

You'll eventually get the part number for the service kit you need. Either go to West Marine with that info or Google it to find an online supplier.

There are several possible causes listed- which one solved it for you?

Re: Manual flush toilet

I know the seacock is open and tube looks good - the only one I can think of it being is the last option....

I'm just not getting any pressure when I pump and no water
