I am considering downsizing and getting a Key West, maybe a 189FS or 186BR, or something of similar size. Their website has some videos of their construction process and shows how they inject foam into the stringer grid system. Has anyone had any structural problems with these boats? What about voids in the foam? Could this significantly weaken the hull??
