NPAP Branded Aviation Gasket Sealant the Same as Permatex???

In my search for Permatex Aviation Gasket Sealant #3, I found a NAPA store that had a NAPA branded product titled: Aviation Form-A-Gasket Sealant Liquid, Item #765-1210." It has both the NAPA logo and the Permatex logo.

Is this the same stuff that is suggested on this site for most gasketing/sealing applications?

Napa doesn't sell junk and I would have no problem using it and anything aviation grade is going to be way better than regular stuff and certainly good enough for any outboard.

I have used the Av sealant and as said, it is a superb sealant. When I bought mine I went to an aircraft fixer-upper store. Don't think the name Permatex was on it.........but somebody had to make it; must have been, might have been Permatex.
