Baja Bow Rail Leaking

Need some technical advice! I have a 2001 25 outlaw and I think I have water coming down through bow rail bolts. My question can I take the bow rail off without taking the cabin ceiling carpet down? Thanks for any help!

Probably not.

Is the water from the bow rail or the rub rail? The rub rail can be removed but I doubt the bow rail can.
